Box Office: arts. The Essential Companion Scheme aims to provide an accessible and inclusive facility for all events taking place at Middleton Arena and Heywood Civic Centre. The scheme is offered to those who require a companion to assist them in accessing the facilities to ensure the safety and enjoyment at live events. Your Trust venues and activities are available for the whole community. Local taxis are available and the number 59 bus travels between the station and Middleton. They always need to be on.
