The room is warmly decorated and has everything you need to have a rest after a long eventful day. There is a TV. It was ok. The beds were comfy and the breakfast food was pretty good. It was quiet. We had two rooms and they were both clean. The hall needed vacuumed but that was all that is all I can say about the cleanliness. The staff was nice the few times we had to deal with them.
We stayed three nights and would go back. Very nice. We have stayed here multiple times. They are redoing the rooms which is great. Always a great experience! Positive: Breakfast, friendly staff Negative: Carpet need to be removed and wood or tile floors put in for health reasons. Pros: Hot water and good water pressure. Decent hot breakfast options. Decent price. Bed surprisingly slept comfortable. And the location is great next to shopping and dining.
Cons: Customer service was 0 out of 5. When I checked in the individual was extremely dry and unpleasant. The lady that worked in the breakfast area never spoke or had a smile. The lady when I checked out was decent and said have a good day so I appreciated that at least.
This hotel needs a complete renovation. The rooms are musty, the carpets are old and dirty, the bathrooms have rust spots and covered up mold spots, the sheets had holes in them, the ceilings were peeling in areas, furniture old and unpleasant to sit on, and it just overall was not a pleasant comfortable experience. Unfortunately, I do not recommend this location. Corporate needs to step in and help them out as this is taking away from their brand.
