Just because the sex is real doesn't mean it's porn. The title says it all. This is an X-rated musical take on the Alice in Wonderland story, and it has the sex scenes to prove it. Several sex scenes in the movie are unsimulated and were performed by lead actor Kristine De Bell and an ensemble cast of porn actors. The alternate titles for this movie were The Sexplorer and Diary of a Space Virgin , so the sexual content should not be a surprise. An alternate version of the film featured explicit sex scenes, but the version you can still buy on DVD still has plenty of nudity and sexual simulation.
Like much of Paul Verhoeven's work, Spetters was plenty explicit and plenty controversial. Three teen boys want to become professional dirt bike racers, but their hopes are dashed by the harsh real world. Considering that she plays all six leading female characters in the movie, it's no surprise that Fionnula Flanagan performed unsimulated masturbation onscreen in James Joyce's Women. The movie is about the real and fictional women in the life of author James Joyce and is based on Flanagan's play of the same name.
Taboo and nihilistic in the highest order, Pola X is loosely based on Pierre; or, The Ambiguities by Herman Melville and features unsimulated sex scenes between characters who are half siblings. However, those scenes were filmed by body doubles standing in for the lead actors.
Anna is a young woman interested in an active sex life without serious emotional attachments until her ex rolls back into her life and makes her question her stance. Starlet is a lovely, touching story about finding a friend in an unlikely place.

Jane does the kind thing and returns the money, and the two become friends. The sex really isn't the main event here, but one sex scene involving Jane is totally real and was shot using a body double for lead actor Dree Hemingway.
