Towing: country — in any direction from either where you broke down or the designated country depot. If we're unable to get your vehicle moving at the roadside and you're outside the Metropolitan Patrol Serviced Area, we'll arrange a tow in any direction from either the breakdown location or from the designated RAA Country Service Depot.
We'll help arrange the towing of your vehicle, caravan, trailer or recreational mobile home, when it's outside the normal towing limitations.
If you've got a flat or damaged tyre and you have a suitable spare, we'll change the wheel for you. If your vehicle's broken down and can't be towed to your chosen repairer at the time of breakdown, we'll get it to a place of safety, and then arrange towing to your repairer within 14 days.
