By Kevin J. Lois Bielefeld has been a very busy artist in the past five years. The Milwaukee native moved back home in , relocating from Brooklyn for a job as a fashion photographer at Kohl's. It was the security of that employment that has, in part, allowed her to devote time and energy to making art, and she's been on a consistent and energetic path. Bielefeld has worked on five bodies of work since , including the photographic portrait projects "The Bedroom," "Lunch Portraits," "Conceal Carry" and "Weeknight Dinners," along with a short film, "Ladies Out.
